The Sled Rookies session is part of the Dallas Stars Adaptive Rookies program. This is a free 4-week program for kids and adults who are interested in playing the game of sled hockey. Each Saturday during the program, participants are provided with all of the equipment necessary for a fun and safe experience.
Trained coaches and volunteers will help you and/or your player learn the fundamentals of hockey.
